This option is for anyone who is not interested in an extensive review but would like to discuss ongoing health & wellness issues or ways to improve existing methods of self-care. Childhood dysregulation is leaving imprints of anxiousness, attention issues, and overall poor mental wellness. Together we are stronger. Includes a brief intake and a one hour phone consult.
