Holistic Wellness Consult (3 month)

Service Description

This option is best suited for the woman and/or child who has unresolved health issues, chronic conditions or multiple symptoms and diagnosis who needs long term support and accountability. This service includes: - An extensive food and lifestyle review (2-3 sessions, 30-45 minutes) - A one hour consult each month - Weekly check-in to discuss action steps and provide opportunities for questions/support - Unlimited email support - Written recommendations and resources to help the client reach their goal.
